Pub Walk to the Rose and Crown, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

Pub Walk over National Trust Land to the Rose and Crown, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

A beautiful, pleasant walk around the Woodchester Estate (National Trust land) through woods, past lily pad filled lakes and an impressive, abandoned gothic mansion.

The Rose and Crown is in the Lucky Dip section of The Good Pub Guide. It accepts dogs inside and out, has a huge beer garden and serves food all day, though the estate is a beautiful spot for a picnic too!
